You have two options: a binding fixed price agreed upfront (recommended), or the hourly rate of €60 for the first hour and €50 for each additional hour. The minimum order value is €60 per visit.
Which districts do you cover?
All 23 Vienna districts plus the surrounding area up to 50 km. Further out? Just ask, we also take on jobs in Lower and Upper Austria on request, with travel cost adjusted accordingly.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Every message goes to Nick first. He replies personally, usually within the hour.
Is the quote free?
Yes. You message us, get the price and then decide in your own time. We only book an appointment once you say yes.
Do I have to send a photo?
No. A short description or the product name is often enough, for example IKEA PAX with its dimensions. For wall mounting a photo helps, because we can judge the wall type and position better.
Do you come for a single small job?
Yes. It's best to combine several into one visit, as most small jobs take 20 to 40 minutes. The minimum order value is €60 per visit.
