We assemble furniture of all brands across Vienna, from a single shelf to a full room in one visit. IKEA is our most common work, but we build all brands.

In Vienna's Altbau apartments, sloped floors are normal. We level the furniture before it goes up so wardrobe doors close, drawers run smoothly and nothing sits crooked long-term.

IKEA Assembly

PAX, KALLAX and BESTÅ are our most frequent jobs. PAX sliding doors need exactly parallel rails, only achievable with laser alignment on sloped floors. We adjust BESTÅ fittings after assembly as factory settings rarely fit.

  • How much does furniture assembly cost in Vienna?▾

    IKEA PAX from €79, KALLAX from €49, wardrobe from €69, bed from €59. We confirm the exact fixed price after a photo or product link, before we start.

  • Do you assemble furniture from brands other than IKEA?▾

    Yes. We assemble furniture from all brands: XXXLutz, Möbelix, POCO, OTTO and all others. The approach is the same, only the instructions and fittings differ.

  • How long does furniture assembly take?▾

    A PAX wardrobe: 90 to 120 minutes. A KALLAX shelf: around 60 minutes. A wardrobe with interior fittings: 2 to 3 hours. We always include a time estimate with the quote.

  • Is the fixed price really final?▾

    Yes. The price we confirm upfront is the final price. No hourly billing, no extras. If the job turns out more complex than estimated, we do not exceed the agreed price.
