Office furniture is generally simpler than wardrobes. The difference is volume: a home office setup means desk, shelving, filing cabinet, all at once. An office with ten workstations means ten desks, ten pedestals, ten chairs, a conference table. That requires planning and a clear price per unit.

What we assemble
IKEA office furniture: TROTTEN, ALEX, KALLAX as room dividers, BROR shelving. All other brands: desks and office systems from all flatpack suppliers. Height-adjustable desks (Flexispot, Linak systems and all others) are programmed with the desired end positions after assembly.
Filing cabinets, pedestals and reception counters too. For larger office fit-outs we discuss process and timing in advance.
Height-adjustable desks
Height-adjustable desks need programming after assembly: motor run to full down, save end position, motor run to full up, save end position. If this is not done correctly, the desk will not travel its full range or stops mid-travel. We do this as standard during assembly.
Monitor Arm Wall Mount Vienna
A monitor arm on the wall clears the desk and enables ergonomically correct screen height and depth. The critical requirement is correct wall fixings: a monitor arm transfers significant lever forces to the wall mounting. An 8 kg monitor on a 40 cm arm creates over 30 Nm of torque at the wall. Standard plugs are often not rated for this.
We assess the wall type (solid masonry, drywall, Ytong), choose the load-matched anchor and mount the VESA wall plate so that the arm holds steady even at full extension.
If you do not want to drill, a desk clamp is the right solution. The clamp grips the desk edge without damaging the surface. We check whether your desk top can take the clamping load and use protective pads for thin or coated surfaces if needed.
Desk Cable Management Vienna
We install TV cable channels, set up cable trays under the desk surface and make sure no cables are left lying on the floor. From the cable channel behind the TV to a tidy desk underside: all in one visit.
TV cable channel: after a TV is wall-mounted, the HDMI cable typically runs visibly down the wall. A cable channel sits flush against the wall, keeps HDMI, network and power cables separate, and can be painted to match the wall colour. We route signal and mains cables separately to prevent interference on 4K signals.
Electrical work (new sockets, in-wall wiring by a licensed electrician) is not part of this service.
Cable management during assembly, not as an afterthought
Cables routed through cable channels after office furniture is already assembled are awkward and rarely look good. Cable management works best when it is considered during assembly: use cable openings in desk surfaces before the desk is standing, attach the cable tray under the desktop before the computer is on top.
We route all cables during assembly and attach cable channels so the result looks clean. If power strips are on the floor, we can mount them under the desktop or behind the filing cabinet on request.
With IKEA TROTTEN desks: check the cable opening in the desktop for the correct position before assembly. Repositioning it afterwards is possible but unnecessary work.
Why Monitor Arm Wall Mounts Are More Technical Than They Look
A monitor arm on the wall looks like a straightforward job. In reality, the lever action creates substantial forces at the wall fixing. An 8 kg monitor on an arm with 40 cm reach generates around 32 Nm of bending moment at the wall plate.
Standard picture plugs are not designed for this loading type. In drywall, we locate the metal studs and mount onto them, or use specialist anchors that spread behind the board. The result stays solid even after years of daily arm adjustment.
When buying a monitor arm, check the arm's maximum load rating and the wall-anchor torque rating. Some lower-cost arms are engineered only for desk-clamp use and have a VESA plate too weak for wall mounting.

What is included in cable management?▾
We mount cable trays under the desk, fix cable boxes for power strips, route cables in wall channels or along the desk underside, and secure cable bundles with velcro ties. Electrical work (new sockets, in-wall wiring) is not included.
Do you supply the monitor arm, or do I bring my own?▾
We do not supply monitor arms. You purchase the arm of your choice (VESA 75x75 or 100x100 are standard), we install it. If you are unsure which arm to buy, we can advise you briefly beforehand.
